工業(ye)自動化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong),差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)用(yong)於(yu)壓(ya)力(li)壓(ya)差(cha)流(liu)量測量,到(dao)了(le)非常廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong),自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)系統中(zhong)發揮重(zhong)要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)。石(shi)化(hua)、鋼鐵、造(zao)紙、食(shi)品(pin)、醫藥(yao)企(qi)業(ye)自(zi)動化(hua)水(shui)平(ping)不斷提高(gao),差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)應用(yong)範圍(wei)越來(lai)越廣(guang)泛(fan),生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)遇(yu)到(dao)問(wen)題也(ye)越來(lai)越多(duo),加(jia)之(zhi)安(an)裝(zhuang)、使(shi)用(yong)、維護人員(yuan)水(shui)平差(cha)異(yi),使(shi)出現(xian)問(wen)題不能迅速解決(jue),壹定程度(du)上影響(xiang)了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)正(zheng)常(chang)進(jin)行,危(wei)及生(sheng)產(chan)安(an)全,對現(xian)場儀(yi)表(biao)維護人員(yuan)技(ji)術水平(ping)提出(chu)了(le)更(geng)高(gao)要(yao)求。 差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的故(gu)障(zhang)診(zhen)斷 變(bian)送(song)器(qi)測量過(guo)程中(zhong),常常(chang)會(hui)出現(xian)壹些(xie)故障(zhang),故障(zhang)及時(shi)判定分析和(he)處理(li),對正(zheng)進(jin)行了生(sheng)產(chan)來(lai)說是(shi)至(zhi)關(guan)重(zhong)要。我(wo)們(men)日(ri)常(chang)維護中(zhong)經驗(yan),總(zong)結(jie)歸(gui)納了(le)壹些(xie)判定分析方(fang)法和(he)分析流(liu)程。
(1)調(tiao)查(zha)法。回顧(gu)故障(zhang)發生(sheng)前(qian)打火、冒(mao)煙(yan)、異味、供(gong)電(dian)變(bian)化(hua)、雷(lei)擊、潮濕、誤操(cao)作(zuo)、誤(wu)維修。
(2)直觀法。觀察(cha)回路外(wai)部損(sun)傷、導(dao)壓(ya)管泄漏,回路過(guo)熱(re),供電(dian)開(kai)關(guan)狀(zhuang)態等(deng)。
(3)檢測法。斷路檢測:將懷疑(yi)有(you)故(gu)障(zhang)部分它部分分開來(lai),查(zha)看故障(zhang)是(shi)否消失,消失,則確(que)定故(gu)障(zhang)所(suo),否則可(ke)進(jin)行下壹步(bu)查(zha)找(zhao),如:智能差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)不能正(zheng)常(chang)Hart遠(yuan)程通(tong)訊,可(ke)將電(dian)源(yuan)從(cong)儀表(biao)本體上斷開,用(yong)現(xian)場另(ling)加(jia)電(dian)源(yuan)方(fang)法為(wei)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)通電(dian)進(jin)行通訊,以(yi)查(zha)看是(shi)否電(dian)纜(lan)是(shi)否疊(die)加(jia)約(yue)2kHz電(dian)磁(ci)信(xin)號(hao)而(er)幹(gan)擾通(tong)訊。短(duan)路檢測:保證(zheng)安全情(qing)況下(xia),將相(xiang)關(guan)部分回路直(zhi)接(jie)短(duan)接(jie),如:差(cha)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)輸出(chu)值(zhi)偏(pian)小,可將導(dao)壓(ya)管斷開,從(cong)壹次取(qu)壓(ya)閥(fa)外(wai)直(zhi)接(jie)將差(cha)壓(ya)信(xin)號(hao)直接(jie)引到差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)雙側,觀察變(bian)送(song)器(qi)輸出(chu),以(yi)判斷導(dao)壓(ya)管路堵(du)、漏連(lian)通(tong)性。替(ti)換檢測:將懷疑(yi)有(you)故(gu)障(zhang)部分更(geng)換,判斷故障(zhang)部位(wei)。如:懷疑變(bian)送(song)器(qi)電(dian)路板(ban)發生(sheng)故障(zhang),可臨(lin)時(shi)更(geng)換壹塊,以(yi)確(que)定原(yuan)因(yin)。分部檢測:將測量回路分割(ge)成幾個(ge)部分,如:供電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)、信(xin)號(hao)輸出(chu)、信(xin)號(hao)變(bian)送(song)、信(xin)號(hao)檢測,按(an)分部分檢查(zha),由(you)簡至(zhi)繁,由表(biao)及(ji)裏,縮(suo)小(xiao)範圍(wei),找(zhao)出(chu)故(gu)障(zhang)位(wei)置。結(jie)束(shu)語以上我(wo)們(men)探(tan)討(tao)了差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)安裝(zhuang)方(fang)法、註意(yi)事項(xiang)及差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)測量回路故(gu)障(zhang)診(zhen)斷,實際上,壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)與差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)測量應用(yong)上相(xiang)通(tong)性原因(yin),本(ben)文中(zhong)有些(xie)方法也(ye)同樣(yang)適用(yong)於(yu)壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)安裝(zhuang)和(he)故(gu)障(zhang)診(zhen)斷。
